Still living college life...and working in corporate world...

Me behind camera !!!

firefox..

tested blogging from firefox extentions...firefox is really great...today installed lots of extension like weather forecast..publishing blog without going to blogger.com..cool themes...socha na tha..really IE is seems to be far behind in browsers list..recently some news came abt their acquiring opera...maybe opera will give some life to IE..else that will be another obsolete technology.

Socha Na Tha -- Bye Bye 2005

I really shocked to see "socha na tha" in rediff's topten movies of the year for 2005...as We (me and roomie) have enjoyed this movie for altogether different reasons... to grade this movie as best comedy movie we have ever seen...with great performances from all people (and expert comments from both of us) except Ayesha takia. ..but really she looked great in this movie..become No. 1 actress on my favourites list...

any really this year "kind of" went with all the events which can be classified into category "Socha na tha" kind..lots of unexpected things which i never imagined that those will happen.. like getting hospitalized for 3 days and getting 16-17 injections from salines...:) good experience though..having nightout on pune railway station amidst bombay rain crisis left me helpless..and cursing indian government on non having crisis management system......getting in touch with with very old, lost friends thru unknown people and unfolding of lots of hidden information ....:) and learning bike, swimming and lots of new tricks..... last but not least taking writing blog business as serious activity..

this year watched lot and lot movies.. and i liked or which influenced me badly are...
1) Kill Bill.. "u and i have an unfinished business"
2) Butterfly effect
3) Big Fish
4) Raincoat
5) Hazaron Khwayishe aisi..

New Celebrities added to favourite list...
Chitragandha sen
Aayesha takia..
Ajay devgan
Aish. (after raincoat only..before that i used to hate her seeing try to do something called acting)
Irfan pathan..

as year and years are passing.. I really observed one thing..that everything follows law of conservation..
Something goes ..something comes to take its place...
Someone goes ...some new one comes ...

like someone is controlling things from outside and you are like small toy in this big world..just watching things happening without having control over i
t.. remids me dialogues of rajesh khanna from "anand"..

and some events happens on its due time..no point in hurrying..
No Hurry and No worry..
And finally like Show must Go on... its true..its law of jungle..and you have to stand by it and live with full energy...give and take..

but i think after working in real time systems and all those ideas are feeling my brain which is asking me to do better deterministic scheduling and planning to respond to critical events for new year.. I will follow it..

Signing off for today..and leaving for New year Celebrations..
Aapka more

aap sabko mere taraph se...HaPPy New year..

Hesitating to act because the whole vision might not be achieved, or because others do not yet share it, is an attitude that only hinders progress."

Success and Failures..

Yesterday on the fairly crowded highway having traffic going towords both sides, i saw one car was overtaking other one , with one big truck was coming in opposite direction,
following three factors could have caused major accident.
a) Not decreasing the speed by overtook car
b) Not decreasing the speed by truck
c) slight hesitation, due to fear of accident by driver in overtaking car.

But Carwala succeeded, i think this can be compared to real life successes and failures...

as success in all the events is not solely depends on the efforts put up by who succeeds but also by low morals or compromizes or situational handicapping shown/experienced by competitors..

same way failures not solely credited towords one's inability to perform.

so i don't think there is any point in awarding person or boasting about one's succcess or going hopeless on failures. society always will be there to blame you or praise you

So i think Mantra is to Be Yourself and Do what you think which you are best for..don't care..

Words of wisdom

one of friend's friend has this email signature.. i liked it..

Words of wisdom for enthusiasting IT freshers...

"If you feel like you should do some work, just be quite till that dengerous feeling goes away"

this is not original one....but Rahul if by chance if you read this..comment me original one write kar de na..

Himmat walon ki Haar Nahin Hoti

Lehron se Darkar nauka par nahin hoti,
koshish karne walon ki haar nahin hoti

Nanhi cheenti jab daana lekar chalti hai,
chadhti deewaron par, sau bar phisalti hai.
Man ka vishwas ragon mein saahas bharta hai,
chadhkar girna, girkar chadhna akharta hai.
Akhir uski mehnat bekar nahin hoti,
koshish karne walon ki haar nahin hoti.

Dubkiyan sindhu mein gotakhor lagata hai,
ja ja kar khali haath lautkar aata hai
Milte nahi sahaj hi moti gehre paani mein,
badhta dugna utsah isi hairani mein.
Muthi uski khali har bar nahin hoti,
koshish karne walon ki haar nahi hoti.

Asaflta ek chunauti hai, ise sweekar karo,
kya kami reh gayi, dekho aur sudhar karo.

Jab tak na safal ho, neend chain ko tyago tum,
Sangharsh ka maidan chhodkar mat bhago tum.
Kuch kiye bina hi jai jaikar nahin hoti,
koshish karne walon ki haar nahin hoti.

I was searching for good signatures for appending at the end ..so during googling found these good quotes..all are from oscar wilde..really nice material..

  • Ambition is the germ from which all growth of nobleness proceeds.
  • Between men and women there is no friendship possible. There is passion, enmity, worship, love, but no friendship.
  • Deceiving others. That is what the world calls a romance
  • We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars
  • When I was young I thought that money was the most important thing in life; now that I am old I know that it is.
  • There are only two tragedies in life: one is not getting what one wants, and the other is getting it.
  • There are only two kinds of people who are really fascinating - people who know absolutely everything, and people who know absolutely nothing.
  • The world has grown suspicious of anything that looks like a happily married life.
  • The difference between literature and journalism is that journalism is unreadable and literature is not read.
  • Men always want to be a woman's first love - women like to be a man's last romance
