Unsubscribing Hathway Internet Connection

How to Remove Hathway connection.

1) Pay pending bills if any
2) Disconnect Modem and Remove modem from wire
3) Take modem with you to Hathway center
4) Ask the guy to make entry in Hathway CRM.
